ARC Support Worker - Young People - Cardiff Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting an ARC Support Worker to join a team based in Cardiff.  Umbrella Rate: £16.85 - £25.28 per hour  Duration: 3 months initially  Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, 37 hrs/week (You will be working flexibly that includes some evenings and weekends) ARC Support Worker role: Full JD Available Direct work with young people aged 11 – 17 year old, supporting them to work on their family relationship to enable young people to remain living within their family home Provide flexible and responsive care packages of respite, intervention, outreach and family support.
